About Korra

We audit the whole business.
Then we come in and fix it.

Korra works with owners of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and roofing companies in the United States and Canada. It starts with a paid audit of the whole business: what is working, what is holding it back, the revenue the business is leaving on the table, and the order to fix things in. Then we come inside and do the fixing, with the owner’s own people, until the business runs at the level it should. If the owner ever wants out, the business is ready to sell by then, and we know the buyer.

Why we do all of it

We used to only find you customers. Then we watched what happened to them.

For years we sold one thing: getting a business in front of people who had never heard of it. We got good at it. Then we started tracking what happened after we handed the work over, and the pattern never changed.

The calls rang out. The quotes went out and nobody chased them. Good buyers went cold in a system nobody opened. The customers were arriving, and the business was losing them somewhere between the first hello and the invoice.

We were pouring water into a bucket with holes in it.

So we stopped selling leads and started fixing the whole path instead. Not because doing five things is a better business for us, because doing one of them honestly does not work. That is the only reason this list is as long as it is.

What we do

Five parts, and they only work together.

You do not have to buy all five. We do have to look at all five, because the money almost never leaks where the owner thinks it does.

Finding customers

We go out and get them. Cold email, calls, ads, the lists behind all of it. Your name in front of people who have never heard it.

Getting found

When someone goes looking for what you sell, you are what they find. Search, content, the answer an AI gives when it is asked.

Doing the work

What happens after somebody puts their hand up. Answering, quoting, chasing, booking, getting paid.

The busywork

The typing, the copying, the reminding. The week that disappears into work no customer ever sees.

Running the company

Someone across the table who has seen the numbers, knows the business, and tells you the truth about it.

All five, in full

How we work

We do the work ourselves, inside the business.

We are not advisors. We do not hand over a slide deck and wish you luck. We come inside, build the thing, run it, and stay accountable for whether it moves a number you can see in your own accounts.

That is also why we cannot take everyone.

You get a straight answer on the first call, either way.

There are three reasons, and we tell you which one applies before you spend anything.

01

The offer is not proven yet

Selling more of something the market has not accepted yet only buys expensive proof that it does not work.

02

The team cannot absorb it

More work arriving at a business that is already dropping work makes the mess worse, not better. We would be handing you a bigger version of the problem.

03

We are at capacity

We run a small number of companies at a time, because we operate the systems ourselves instead of advising on them from outside.

Who runs it

One operator. The person on the call is the person doing the work.

There is no account manager between you and whoever builds the thing, because there is nobody to put there. You talk to the person who will be inside your business, and you keep talking to them.

That is a limit and we are saying so on purpose. It is why we take a small number of companies, and it is why the answer is sometimes no. It is also why nothing gets lost in a handover: there is no handover.

Everything before this was earned running demand and operations for other people's businesses, under earlier firms, in the industries the cases on this site describe. No client is named anywhere, here or there.

How it starts

Four steps. The first two are free.

  1. 01

    The call

You tell us where the business is at. We tell you straight whether the audit makes sense for you and what it would look at first.

    Free · Fifteen minutes
  2. 02

    The audit

One page: what is working, what is holding the business back, the revenue it is leaving on the table, and the order to fix things in.

Paid · One hour, and one page you keep
  3. 03

    The build

We fix what the audit found, in the order the audit put it, inside your business, with your people.

A set number of weeks, agreed on the call
  4. 04

The exit, if you want it

If you ever want out, the business is ready to sell by then, and we know the buyer. If you want to keep it and step back, do that instead.

    When you say

What you pay for the audit comes off the build. What the audit costs depends on the size and shape of the business, which is why the call comes first. The call is free, the page is yours whatever you do next, and you get a straight answer either way.
